About the Vehicle Tracking Device and subscription
What is a vehicle tracking device?
The vehicle tracking device is a small device that is installed in the OBD slot / port in cars without wires or tampering with the car's wires, and the port is available in all cars produced in 2010 and later. The device features that it is installed without the need for a specialist to install, just locate the port in your car, then install the device in the hole.
We provide traditional devices with wires upon request.
The tracking device sends the vehicle's location and other information such as engine status (On or Off) to the tracking system
Available GPS device is Teltonika FMB010, which is manufactured in Europe, Lithuania. The warranty on the device is two years from the date of receiving the product.
What is the vehicle tracking service/subscription?
Subscribing to the vehicle tracking service includes two parts:
1- The tracking system and mobile apps: It is an integrated system that analyzes all the data sent from the tracking device and then displays it to you on the web page of the tracking system or the tracking application for smart devices.
The system provides many features such as:
- View the current vehicle location (more than one vehicle/tracking device can be displayed per user)
- View the previous track of the vehicle to the previous 3 months
- Creating locations on the map called geographic areas, which are used in other features in the system
- Various reports about the car, such as the site visit report, the trip report, and others...
- Various alerts such as speeding alert, exit alert from a geographical area, engine start or shutdown alert, and others...
- Create more than one user and specify permissions for each user (such as seeing specific cars from all cars registered in your account)
